The Psychology Research Empowerment Program (PREP) is designed to support undergraduate students, particularly those from underrepresented or first-generation backgrounds, in getting started with psychology research. IRIE pairs students with faculty mentors, provides research training and professional development, and is designed for students who may be new to research but are curious about exploring it in a supportive, structured environment.
