Sharing the workload: This value entails making sure that every member of the team has a part to contribute for the project. This way not all of the work falls on one or two members of the team.
Meeting deadlines comfortably: This means it is nice to get things done earlier. However, we understand that this is a hard time so we will just try to do that. It will make the group dynamic stronger.
Punctuality: It is important that we as a group keep our promise to each other on coming to synchronous planned meetings and completing our assigned part. Failure to do so can set off the group's team dynamic and tone.
Asking team members if they need help: This will create a supporting environment enabling members to feel more comfortable and be more efficient. This will ensure that everyone is on the same page on where the assignment is and where it might be headed.
Being respectful towards teammates: This means not looking down on anyone or excluding team members. If this is not done then the group dynamic will be unpleasant and the work would be difficult to finish.
Being responsible and doing your assigned part: As a team, we must all work together and collectively- that means that everyone involved should be pulling their weight and contributing to the project.
Communication is vital to the success of our team and maintaining a good group dynamic. Making sure that everyone is on the same page on current and future responsibilities is vital in allowing the group’s effort to be effective and successful.
