Sample with diameter variation
Sample shows a very small scratch, which shows an influence in the measurement data.
Sample shows diameter variations, clearly visible in the measurements,
CORE INSULATION & PE/PVC SHEATHING
Can be installed at CCV/VCV cold end as well as on PE/PVC sheathing lines to detect core diameter, ovality, lumps, waviness, jerks, surface scratches sagging effects etc. with 360* circumference coverage.
ALUMINIUM, LEAD SHEATH & PIPE
Can be installed at Aluminium / Lead Sheathing to detect diameter, ovality, weld seam, cracks, pin holes, flattening, Corrugation profile, etc. with 360* circumference coverage. It can monitor the weld seam in pre-corrugated and post-corrugated Aluminium/Lead sheath. Any lump, neck down, scratch, bent, ovality, diameter variations can be detected in plain sheath as well as corrugated sheath.
Corrugation profile can be seen with 360* coverage with 3 ultra-high speed line scanner*.
HOSE, TUBE, PIPE
Any surface irregularities i.e scratches, bad welds, pin holes etc can be monitored in rea ltime and represented on an interface with alarm to do the immediate corrective action.
About TVG S500
It is a non-contact based sensing equipment that by continuous in line monitoring controls the outer diameter and detects, detects faults / flaws and prompts operator to take corrective /preventive actions.
It has a wide range of Mode Selection and therefore, can be implemented on any extrusion/ tubing line, e.g. CCV/VCV,
Aluminium/Lead Sheathing, PE/PVC Sheathing, LV/MV insulation lines by just feeding customised data into the software.
It will work equally efficiently on all metal, non-metal tube, hose, pipe and sheet manufacturing lines in finding faults and anomalies, it can be further customised as per process requirement.
