Extrusion industry has been struggling to find a non-destructive monitoring device to monitor the extrusion process for detecting faults. Though many devices are available but none of them is providing satisfactory solution.
Therefore, we in collaboration with world renowned German research institute Fraunhofer ITWM have made it possible to develop a single equipment for detecting faults/flaws/anomalies on various extrusion lines.

Detecting in line process flaws for Cable, Hose, Tube & Pipe
A Much needed and long awaited process control system TVG S500 is available now with various surface inspection features for wire and cable, hose & tube, Pipe and Sheet manufacturing processes.
It uses ultra-high speed imaging and static art technology to provide 360* coverage without any moving/wearing part and therefore free from breakdowns. It is a self-calibrating device and uses artificial intelligence to add new type of faults in the list. Different mode selections make a single equipment compatible to various extrusion / corrugation, tubing lines with ease*.
Representation of all defects with their types and sizes* are graphically shown on a seamless 10”/15”/22”/24” interface along with automatic control of diameter (by regulating the extruder or line speed in single layer extrusion process) and multiple tolerance alarms such as warning alarm, control alarm, rejection alarm etc.
