Being Mindful
Here are some small things you can do to show kindness to yourself and others, at school and at home:
Say thank you when someone does something for you.
Offer to help some one.
Write a letter to thank someone who has been kind or helped you.
Write a letter to someone you might be missing.
Make someone feel happy by using kind words or by complimenting them.
Write down how you are feeling. Why are you feeling that way?
Make a checklist of things you want to achieve for the day (don't worry if you don't tick off everything).
Choose a healthy snack for your snack time.
If you need to take a break, take a break.
