Being Mindful

Here are some small things you can do to show kindness to yourself and others, at school and at home:


  • Say thank you when someone does something for you.

  • Offer to help some one.

  • Write a letter to thank someone who has been kind or helped you.

  • Write a letter to someone you might be missing.

  • Make someone feel happy by using kind words or by complimenting them.

  • Write down how you are feeling. Why are you feeling that way?

  • Make a checklist of things you want to achieve for the day (don't worry if you don't tick off everything).

  • Choose a healthy snack for your snack time.

  • If you need to take a break, take a break.
