• Completed Enrolment Form (download here or collect on from the School Office)

• Birth Certificate (Australian born children) or Passport and Visa

• School Entry Immunisation Status Certificate

• Asthma/Allergy/Anaphylaxis Plan (if relevant)

• Custody orders (if relevant)

• Proof of Residency:

o Contract of Sale/Rental Agreement

o Telephone and Utilities Bill
