Execute and process client orders for equities, fixed income, and other listed securities under the guidance of senior traders and dealers

Assist with trade settlement, reconciliation, and resolution of any discrepancies with custodians and the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE)

Monitor market activity, prices, and liquidity to support the trading desk

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market and portfolio reports for clients and management

Conduct research on listed companies, market trends, and macroeconomic developments to support trading decisions and client advisory

Respond to client inquiries regarding trades, account balances, and market information

Maintain accurate trade blotters, client account records, and trading documentation

Assist with pre-trade compliance checks and onboarding of new brokerage clients, including KYC and account opening documentation

Monitor compliance with SEC Ghana and GSE rules on trading activities

Support the Head of Brokerage and senior dealers with ad hoc analysis and administrative tasks

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field

1–2 years of experience in securities trading, brokerage operations, or capital markets (internships count)

Strong Excel and analytical skills

Progress toward the Ghana Investment and Securities Institute (GISI) qualification is an added advantage

Good understanding of basic capital markets concepts (equities, fixed income, trading)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and client service skills

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment
