The Analyst, Investment Banking supports Temple's Investment Banking team in the origination, structuring, and execution of capital markets and advisory transactions. The Analyst is responsible for financial modelling, valuation analysis, and the preparation of transaction documents, and works closely with Associates and senior team members to support due diligence and deal delivery across live mandates.

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Analyst to join Temple’ Investment Banking team, supporting the origination, structuring, and execution of capital markets and advisory transactions. The ideal candidate will be eager to build deep technical expertise in Ghana's capital markets, combining strong analytical rigor with the discipline required to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven transaction environment. This role offers a foundational platform for an early-career professional to develop hands-on experience across financial modelling, due diligence, and deal documentation, while working closely with senior team members on live, high-impact transactions. The Analyst will bring strong technical skills, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine interest in Ghana's investment landscape, with the potential to grow into a deal-execution specialist over time.
Conduct financial modelling, valuation analysis, and industry research in support of live transactions
Prepare information memoranda, pitch books, prospectuses, and regulatory submission documents
Assist Associates in coordinating due diligence processes and liaising with legal, audit, and regulatory counterparts
Monitor capital markets activity and prepare market updates and briefing notes for internal and client use
Support the management of transaction timelines, checklists, and document control
Carry out any other analytical or administrative tasks required to support transaction delivery
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, with a strong academic record
1–3 years of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, or a related field; exceptional recent graduates will be considered
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modelling is an advantage
High attention to detail, strong written communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving transaction environment
Demonstrable interest in Ghana's capital markets and investment landscape
GISI Qualification is mandatory
