Student Run Initiative funded by Temple's CST DEI Committee
Our mission is to provide professional mentors to students from underrepresented communities, resulting in more approachability to careers in chemistry. Students will work with mentors to gain guidance and help internalize pathways to success, as well as, navigating one’s identity as a student of science.
Chem Coach Program students will meet with their mentors approximately once a month/every other month. Mentoring meetings will be coupled with various on-campus events, such as general body meetings and seminars.
