Welcome to the TPS 4th Grade Family! This is my third year teaching at TPS. I have taught 6th and 4th grade during my time here. I grew up in Cody, Wyoming and Yellowstone National Park was quite literally my backyard! I received my Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Simpson University in Redding California, and further on received my Master of Arts in Education from Azusa Pacific University. I intend to use our well rounded and engaging curriculum to make learning fun and meaningful for students! I am passionate about teaching history, as there are so many life lessons we can learn through a historical lens. Lastly, the expectations in 4th grade will be high! This is a year of growth and independence, and I'm excited to be your scholar's teacher through it all.

Use the Homework at a Glance for weekly classwork and homework assignments. In the event of an absence, or early dismissal, students are responsible for completing missed work listed on the Homework at a Glance. Students have one day for each day absent to complete assignments. Students who have early dismissal are not allotted extra time to complete assignments. Students are expected to copy their homework into their Learning Logs daily in class. Learning Log checks will be done at teacher discretion.
Please note: Math Homework at a Glance items apply only to students who attend daily math lessons in Room 18.
