The TJC Infocomm club offers its services of AV, photography and videography to anyone in the school. To request our services, the Tutors-in-Charge of the Event itself are to fill in the IFC Request form within seven working days to our tutors-in-charge (as shown on our About Us page). By submitting this form on time, IFC will be able to effectively and efficiently render all necessary services as requested in the form itself.

When filling up the request form, do take note of the following:

• Please do not exceed the maximum amount of equipment loaned (Stated in the google sheet as "Qt Available")

• Do inform yourself of the equipment you would like to loan by reading through the description of the equipment provided

• If you are undecided about the model, you may leave it blank and IFC will decide for you.

• Do note that certain equipment is only available for specific locations [Eg: Digital Mixer (Qu32) is only available for the Auditorium]

• Please adhere to the seven working days submission deadline
