The Z70V is an advancement from the NX30P, most utilized by IFC to record from longer distances with its 24x zoom. It largely substitutes the NX30P when the camera is available for loaning.
Enhanced 1.0 sensor for a greater depth of field, 100MBps recording for resolutions up to 1080p 60fps. User friendly and extra settings on the camera itself, reducing the hassle of scanning the menu settings.
Compatible with most videography tripods, and its shoe mount allows for devices to hook up to its 2x XLR inputs, and 1x HDMI inputs.

The ATEM mini is a switcher that is used mainly to create multi camera productions in livestreaming operations
It features 4 standard HDMI inputs, a USB webcam output, a HDMI output, a built in audio mixer with 6 band EQ compression and limiting, cut, fade and fade to black transition effects, green screen chroma keying and picture in picture effects. It also features 2 independent 3.5mm stereo audio inputs for connecting microphones or audio cables. The HDMI port inputs each have their own standards converter allowing the ATEM mini to convert 180p 1080i and 720p sources to the switches own video standards.
The ATEM mini also features dedicated software for control on Windows and Mac operating systems. It can switch video sources live, load the media pool with graphics, use transitions and keys, change switcher settings and mix audio. In larger live productions multiple instances of the software can run at once to allow collaborative switching. It features 4 main pages, the switcher page which is used to adjust switcher settings, make live cuts, adjust keys, apply transitions and overlay graphics. The Media page which manages up to 20 RGBA still image graphic files that can be used for titles, and lower thirds. An Audio page which provides a 12 channel audio mixer with faders, 6 band EQ, compression and limiting and a Camera page which can control and color correct cameras via the HDMI connection to Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Cameras.

The Datavideo teleprompters are used by IFC during official videography shoots to provide the speakers their script whilst allowing them to maintain eye contact with the camera.
The high quality glass mirror with low iron content eliminates a tint on the mirror, useful for sunny outdoor shoots. Controlled by a Bluetooth remote control, it allows the speaker to adjust the settings of the script by pausing and resuming the scroll, changing the speed, size of the fonts and even skipping to specific points of the script.
Compatible with the iPads we have (10" iPad), the iPad flashes the script for the speakers to refer to.

The Mars 400S Pro is a wireless transmitter used for video transmission by IFC for videography duties and live-streaming events. It allows for seamless connection and transmission between cameras and other devices.
Transmits up to 1080p60 SDI or HDMI video. The video transmission can be monitored in real time via Wi-Fi connection. It can also live stream directly from the receiver via computer using a USB Type-C adapter.
Its HDMI ports make it compatible with most media inputs such as computers, smart devices and video/DSLR cameras. Its horseshoe + screw mount allows it to be mounted onto most Video/DSLR cameras.

The Libec 650EX is a tripod used with video cameras to ensure suitable height and stable video quality. It is used by IFC during videography duties, allowing for a stable base with which video cameras can film.

The DL-2RB is a dolly mainly used for smooth horizontal camera movements although it can also be used for dynamic moving shots that only include lateral movement and panning.
The DL-2RB is compatible with most of the tripod stands that IFC owns provided that their sizes are roughly in the same range as the DL-2RB's holders.

The Ronin S Gimbal is used to stabilize handheld DSLR cameras for videography. It is typically used for any sort of dynamic moving shot such as orbiting shots or push in/pull out shots.
Its maximum controlled rotation speed is 360 degrees per second about every axis. Its mechanical endpoint range varies among the 3 axes. The pan axis has 360 degree continuous rotation, tilt varies from + 205 degrees to - 115 degrees, roll varies from +230 degrees to -90 degrees. It features both Bluetooth 4.0 and USB-C connection capabilities. The app has an OS requirement of iOS 9.0 or above or Android 5.0 or above.

The Osmo 4 is a portable phone gimbal that leverages on everyday smartphones from iPhone to Samsung to create a stable video image. It allows IFC students to achieve high quality, professional videography shots which are smooth on a daily basis. From fake jib shots to a cinematic 360 pan shot, everything is possible!
A compatible mobile application is utilized to maximize the capabilities, allowing for AF lock, adjustable ISO, shutter speed, white balance settings, and an external zoom in zoom out button. Its lightweight yet durable build quality allows IFC members to utilize the Osmo 4 with confidence.
Although more features are available on iOS devices, the Osmo 4 is compatible with most, if not all modern smartphones.

The greenscreens are used by IFC during official photoshoots as a standard backdrop. It provides the members with a flexible background to work with during post-production, allowing for ease of editing.
The greenscreens come in 2 different sizes to adapt to various heights and spaces.

The UR22C serves as an audio interface which allows XLR microphone inputs (inclusive of phantom power activation) to be connected to a PC for audio recording. Despite lacking a physical EQ system to adjust audio settings, IFC members can utilize audio software like Audacity for post-production purposes.
Its lightweight and portable build ensures that IFC members can utilize this equipment in almost any school environment. Furthermore, the user-friendly interface with minimal knobs, streamlines the learning process for IFC members, and makes it rather intuitive for general purpose usage.
As it is a USB to PC interface, the UR22C is compatible with most laptops with a USB-C interface, as well with most audio editing software available for IFC usage. With the XLR inputs and 3.5mm headphone jack, most microphones and headsets (audio monitoring purposes), are compatible as well!

The Okayo Wireless Sound System is very commonly used by IFC to help support different facets of school, such as the PE department for Games Day, or Student's Council for Cheer Performance. It comes with its own wireless receiver and microphones that help to provide an all round sound system when IFC deploys it.
Equipped with a duo-receiver channel, and 2 independent receivers itself, 4 wireless microphones are able to be utilized concurrently. Moreover, its 4-6 hour battery life allows it to be used as a portable audio system, underpinned by its retractable handle and wheels.
As alluded to earlier, it is compatible with most wireless microphones, as well as mobile phones and laptops - as an audio input - given its bluetooth functionality.

The Qu24 digital mixer is used for IFC as a portable audio mixing station, commonly utilised for outfield recording setups where multiple input channels are required. The Qu24 enables IFC to perform high quality and versatile recordings in an open environment, especially when complex sound mixing is required by leveraging on the parametric EQ in built within the Qu24.
Admittedly, it is rather bulky and requires an amplifier if any audio to be outputted. However, its benefits as a portable digital sound system, and able to perform internal audio recording while connected to a laptop, outweighs its cons. The 24 channels, together with an additional layer, allows for a versatile and wide range of inputs, combined with the parametric EQ and other nifty functions that definitely expands the capabilities of IFC's audio arsenal.
The Qu24 inputs allow for 24 mono XLR inputs, 3 stereo XLR inputs, 4 mono XLR outputs, and 3 stereo XLR outputs, which are all accessible on a separate layer. The wide range of inputs, allows IFC to customise individually the various configurations of audio sources that best suits the production. Moreover, Qu24 like the Qu32 comes with its own compatible software which is available on iOS to streamline audio mixing.

The Qu32 digital mixer is used for IFC as an audio mixing station in the auditorium, utilized for recording setups where multiple input channels are required. The Qu32 enables IFC to perform high quality and versatile recordings in the auditorium which is extremely useful when complex sound mixing is required by leveraging on the parametric EQ in built within the Qu32.
The 32 channels, together with 1 faders in each of the 3 additional layers, allows for a simpler and quicker workflow which makes it comprehensive for IFC to use and provide quality service. Not only that, the 4-band parametric EQ and other useful functions definitely adds on to the type of mixing IFC is able to provide. Additionally, the preamps in Qu32 offers minimal distortion and superb transparency in sound quality that many other digital mixers cannot provide.
The Qu32 inputs allow for 32 mono TRS and XLR inputs, 4 mono monitor mixes and 7 stereo monitor mixes which are all accessible on a separate layer. The wide range of inputs allows IFC to customize individually the various configurations of audio sources that best suits the event / production happening in the auditorium. Just like Qu24, Qu32 also comes with apps available on iOS to control the mixer from your device.

The 1642VLZ4 is a unique analogue mixer within TJC IFC, partly because it is the backbone of our Mobile Sound System (Blackbox as we call it). The mixer is hooked up to the AKG Wireless Microphone sound system, and can be outputted through stereo XLR port. It enables IFC to do audio mixing at any available location with an amplifier and XLR input.
With 14 inputs, 4 stereo channels and 8 mono channels, the mixer is well suited for most TJC audio needs. Moreover, the mixer with its typical analogue EQ, enables the operator and the crew at hand to experience a full audio mixing table, while not bound to a specific location.
Being the heart of the Blackbox system, it is compatible with the mobile cart, the DriveRack PA2 amplifier, any wireless receiver set, wired microphones, and the operator is also able to utilize their laptops to facilitate audio recording too.

The DriveRack PA2 compliments the 1642VLZ4 analogue mixer in our mobile sound system, to encode and process all the incoming audio, simultaneously cleaning it up to provide a clean finish for audio output or recording. Within the Blackbox, the DriveRack is optional and can be used independently from the main audio mixer to encode audio directly.
With its inbuilt parametric EQ, and various features such as audio input delay functions, it helps to remove audio feedback and cleans up the audio instantly. In conjunction with its external software, it enables the operator to provide a professional and clean finish with the end product, minimizing post production work.
Arguably the skeleton of the Blackbox system, thus complimenting the 1642VLZ4 analogue mixer and various wired and wireless microphone sound systems very well.

Any mobile sound system requires microphone inputs, that is what our WMS 450D Wireless Microphone Sets are for, it allows IFC to conduct school events with emcees and guest speakers from virtually most locations. Moreover, IFC utilizes these microphones to even record audio from our very own Performing Arts. The receiver set reduces the friction during event set up, as IFC members are not bothered with cable management, etc.
With its extensive range and 8 hour long battery life, these wireless microphones help to transmit clear and crisp audio regardless of location, received by the receivers at the main Blackbox station for further audio processing.
These microphones are compatible with double-A batteries, as well as most microphone stands.

The 100-935 G3 microphone is one of the staples of the Hall Audio System, serving as the only brand of Wireless Microphone available for the Hall. However, if connected to the proper channels and compatible Sennheiser receivers, the microphone is commonly used with our portable speakers and other sound systems.
With its 8 hour long battery life and dynamic frequency response of 80 to 18000Hz, it is able to capture emcee speeches and basic acoustic performances.
It is compatible with the Sennheiser Receiver Sets that allows the microphone to output it's signal to the audio speakers. Moreover, it is compatible with our Hercules Microphone stands and Qu32 digital mixer when transmitting its signal to the Auditorium Sennheiser Set.

Similar to the 100-935 G3, the G4-845 serves as another backup microphone for IFC, mostly utilized by the TJC AV department to support school needs when IFC using these microphones.
However as compared to the 100-935 G3, there are only around half as many available frequencies, with similar frequency response range of 80 to 18KHz. Nonetheless, these microphones are recommended to be utilized in environments with minimal external interference from signals, but still are able to pickup clean and crisp audio.
As with most wireless sets, the microphone is compatible with our audio sound systems as well as our Hercules microphone stands.

The EW500 G4 serves as the backup wireless microphones for the Auditorium, complementing the Shure branded microphones. Nonetheless, they serve as a decent multipurpose microphone for IFC purposes, more so when large amount of microphones are required for an event. Also when not used in the Auditorium, they can be connected to other Sennheiser receivers and linked up to them, definitely serving as a reliable backup for IFC's audio needs.
As with most Sennheiser wireless microphones, the 8 hour long battery life and 80 – 18,000 Hz frequency response, enables the microphone to still be comparable to other brands when capturing audio signals from various subjects. Interestingly, it has 3520 frequencies, which enables these microphones to be flexible and still work despite the environment they are used in.
Of course, the EW500 G4 is compatible with other audio mixers as well as our Hercules microphone stands. As alluded to earlier, given its broad frequency selection, it is compatible with most environments.

The EW100 G3 Lapel Microphone is one of our Lapel microphones that enable crisp and clean audio for interviews or any form of dialogue. Rather than handheld or shotgun microphones, the lapel microphone is convenient and less bulky for people, and can be seamlessly hidden by attaching it to their fabric, thus not obstructing the visual aspect of the recording.
Moreover, with its light weight build of 160g, and around 8 hour battery life, it enhances its usability and portability for students being filmed. Moreover the frequency response of 80Hz to 18000Hz, still ensures that most vocal audio inputs is captured clearly.
With its 3.5mm headphone jack, the EW100 G3 is compatible with devices such as laptops and can serve as inputs to various audio mixers. Furthermore it can serve as a microphone input for OBS recording on laptops.

Within TJC, the SLX4 wireless system is most commonly used for Lectures, School Gatherings, etc. in the Auditorium. Together with the SM58 microphone, wireless version, IFC can provide more convenient services such as Q&A sessions for panelists, singers, etc. in the Auditorium. Moreover, it is frequently used by IFC for training purposes too!
The wireless system has a listed range of 100m with line of sight, and frequency response of 50 to 20K Hz. This enables our wireless microphones to be used throughout the Auditorium, yet providing a decent dynamic range and audio pickup. With a long battery life of 8 hours, powered by double A batteries, these microphones are reliable during Events.
As it is connected to the Auditorium sound system, it is thus compatible with the Qu32 digital mixer as well as our Hercules Microphone Stands.

Within IFC's room (Clubhouse), the wireless system is in place to support TJC's audio needs at the podium and field. This is in conjunction with the PG58 wired microphones, helps to provide long distance audio needs for large school gatherings for events like Morning Assembly, Games Day, National Day, etc.
The wireless system has a listed range of 91m with line of sight, and frequency response of 60 to 15kHz for the PG58. Similar to the SLX system, it enables IFC to broadcast audio for a majority part of the field and parade square. This is underpinned with the PG58's dynamic range and frequency providing a clean audio when broadcasted through speakers. With a long battery life of 8 hours, powered by double A batteries, these microphones are reliable during Events.
As the BLX wireless system is situated in the Clubhouse, it is compatible with the Clubhouse sound system in the parade square, as well as the analogue mixer. In most cases, our Hercules microphone stands are also deployed in case of live performances.

The SM58 is a standard dynamic wired microphone that IFC utilizes for various purposes such as emcees, presentations, speeches, etc. Due to the large quantity we have, it is deployed quite frequently to support TJC's audio needs.
Given its decent frequency response of 50Hz to 15K Hz, and light weight build at 298g, the microphone fulfills most audio needs in TJC. Moreover, its cardioid pickup pattern allows the device to isolate key information, and remove background noise, providing a clearer finish to the audio production.
As the SM58 comes with an XLR input, it is compatible with most of TJC's sound systems and microphone stands as well. Given its versatility, the SM58 can sometimes substitute other high end microphones for higher-order productions such as interviews, or multicamera shoots.

Unlike the SM58, the SM57 is a crossover between a traditional handheld microphone and a condenser microphone, thus utilized by IFC mainly for acoustic instruments given broader polar pattern (pickup range).
Given its rather condenser microphone like build, it serves as a dynamic instrument microphone, underpinned by its ability to minimize background noise. Compared to the SM58, its larger frequency response range provides more depth to the audio being received, ensuring a more professional finish.
Like its successor the SM58, the SM57 has an XLR input making it largely compatible with our sound systems, and microphone stands.

The AT8015 is one of IFC's most utilized equipment for acoustic recording, as it is a condenser microphone. Together with the SM57, it enables IFC to capture a large range of subjects from SYF Recording to Performing Art performances.
With its long tube like structure, the AT8015 is suited to capture audio from larger distances which is more holistic. Its ergonomics helps to cancel out background noise by reducing the capture of low-frequency audio signals. This in totality further improves the genuinity and precision in the audio being captured.
As the AT8015 is connected using an XLR cable, it is also compatible with most of TJC's audio systems. Moreover, the tube like structure provides a firm grip when attached onto our Hercules microphone stands.

One of IFC's essential equipment, the microphone stand. Most commonly used to provide convenience by attaching the relevant microphone onto it, for guest speakers, condensers during acoustic recording. Its user friendly ergonomics help ensure that IFC operators are able to confidently set-up and customize the microphone stand to the user's liking.
With its aluminum tripod base, it stabilizes and increases the durability of the microphone stand. It comes with EZ Clutch, a user friendly adjustable height system by pressing the grip, releasing the breaks and allowing the height of the tripod to be modified.
It is compatible with most microphones, given its EZ Adaptor Flip Clip which caters to microphones of different sizes.

Unlike the Okayo portable sound system, the K10s are rarely used for IFC due to its rather immobile nature. Nonetheless, the K10 serves as a reliable avenue in which IFC can confidently broadcast clear and high quality sound for school events. Mostly used for large gatherings during pre-COVID 19 times, such as Games Day and House Function, the speakers are thus still essential within IFC.
Fitted with a 2000W Class-D amplifier module, underpinned by its multi-function digital display to manually adjust the audio settings of the various inputs, the K10 provides more monitoring capabilities compared to the Okayo. Moreover, its internal memory allows the speakers to store preset audio settings, allowing IFC members to calibrate the system during rehearsals to minimize setup time as well.
With its 3.5mm stereo input, and 2 XLR inputs, the Okayo is able to accept various audio inputs from different equipment. For charging, the speakers are fitted with a universal power supply, as well as dual pole cup mounts.

The NanLite Mixpanel 60 is used by IFC when running TJC's official photoshoots to ensure crisp and consistent lighting. It provides great flexibility and allows for adaptable lighting.
This 17 x 14 x 3" lighting fixture is capable of switching between a traditional multi-LED panel for hard light, a diffuse SMD LED panel for soft light, and also has a tunable RGB panel for versatility. It also has an expansive CCT range of 2700 to 7500 to seamlessly integrate into any ambient light situation.
The MixPanel 60 comes with a 100 to 240 VAC adapter, but can also run on optional batteries via its V-mount plate.

The 200PLUS is used to control stage lighting for the Auditorium.
It features independent channel lighting management, 2 bussed channels, 1 master channel and controls for light step speed and presets. It has six available operation modes, single scene, two scene, submaster, moving light, LED and FX playback. It has 12 pages of submasters with each page featuring 24 submasters.
