If this button is clicked, this will be counted as a failed question. If you come across any issues with questions such as the Pin not showing, please use Chrome and try refreshing the page, if the issue persists, please contact analystexamsupport@telusinternational.ai

Manually keep track of how many questions you have rated

The Exam Platform does not show a progress bar as you proceed through the qualification so it's useful to take note of how many surveys you have completed. There are up to 40 to complete, you can only get 10 incorrect.

Double check your answer before clicking the Submit Rating button

Once you submit an answer, it cannot be changed. So make sure that you are confident with your answer before clicking Submit.

Use the Ctrl+F or Command+F Function

This function can help you search for keywords or phrases within the guidelines.

How will I know the qualification has been completed?

When you receive the message ‘No More Surveys, Check Back Later’, you have completed the qualification.
