- Story starter: listen to the beginning of the story, look at the illustration (picture).
- Question time: discuss the questions in table groups.
- Carry the story on from: They had arrived...
- Sentence Challenge: start the sentences in your story in interesting and different ways.
- Edit: read over to check you spelling, punctuation and if you have started sentences in an interesting way.
- Perfect picture: Can you design your own giant robot on google drawing or illustrate your story using pixton? It could be friendly/helpful, or it could be evil and wicked!
