* All meetings are held in the Special Education Conference Room at Tecumseh Middle School beginning at 4:05 pm.  In the event of a school closure for weather-related emergencies, the meeting will be canceled and the agenda will be carried over to the next month’s meeting. Meetings may be canceled when the agenda is deemed to be too short to necessitate a meeting of the entire team.  

* Educators submitting items for consideration by the team should submit them to a team member by the Friday proceeding the date of the meeting. Items received later than the end of business on the proceeding Friday may be moved to the next month's agenda.

*Educators who are in the year of renewal are asked to submit their required paperwork no later than April 1st.
