Follow these step-by-step instructions to set up your LinkedIn profile and account
First, change the language of your LinkedIn profile to be set to ENGLISH.
Change your title to "Lead Technical Recruiter" or your current role.
Scroll down to the Experience and add a new job. If you have already added the job, then click to Edit it.
Change to "Lead Technical Recruiter" and in the description put :

Take a professional-looking headshot (from the top of the chest and above) and put that photo as your profile photo on LinkedIn.
Change your profile's banner/cover image.
Click on the top right "edit" button.
Upload this image.
Make sure it looks just like on this profile.
