Follow these step-by-step instructions to set up your Gmail account set up

Upload a professional photo to your Google account. Recommended that you use the same photo throughout Slack, Gmail, and LinkedIn.
Click on top-right button.
Click on "Manage your Google Account"
Click on your photo here to upload a new one.
Step 2: Signature

Go to Settings
Click on See All Settings
Scroll down to the Signature section and edit the signature so that it looks just like on the image on the left.
Replace "Founder" with "Lead Technical Recruiter" or your current role.
You don't need to add our company logo or anything under your title.
