You will make your lunch choice when you purchase your ticket, and it will be marked on the back of your name tag at the Summit:

Choice 1: Sliced beef plate with "the fixins" (Pinto Beans, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Barbecue Sauce, Dill Pickles, Marinated Onions, Jalapeno Peppers, and Dinner Rolls.)

Choice 2: Vegetarian Plate- Baked Potato and Tossed Salad

School Districts paying by P.O. should email us to request a Registration code.

** Registrations made by PO code must register via our Eventbrite using their unique code and will be invoiced directly.
