Effective September 15, 2025 the integrated service center became operational in Trongsa with four staff members. The center is in close proximity to the town and would facilitate people avail varying services without having to visit the Dzong.

The Integrated Service Center was inaugurated by His Excellency Lyonpo Tshering, Hon’ble Minister for Home Affairs, on October 4, 2025, during the 4th Edition of the Black Mountain Festival.
