The Trongsa Integrated Service Center (ISC) began operations on September 15, 2025, and was officially inaugurated by His Excellency Lyonpo Tshering, Hon’ble Minister for Home Affairs, on October 4, 2025. Located near Trongsa town, the ISC provides a single-window platform for accessing various government services without visiting the Dzong. As part of the Royal Government’s Public Service Delivery Reform, the center enhances efficiency, transparency, and convenience for citizens. It offers services related to civil registration, land records, trade, environment, and agriculture, along with access to online digital service portals.
