The Teach For Nigeria fellowship programme is a 2-year Leadership Development Programme where we enlist young and passionate Nigerian graduates to teach for two years in underserved communities' primary and secondary schools to combat the challenge of education inequity that has eaten deep into our education system.
In 2018, we decided to take it a step further by creating an opportunity for teachers already employed by the Ogun State government to be a part of the movement of change-makers, and since then, we have had amazing teachers in both primary and secondary schools in Ogun State join the fellowship.
This is the first phase of the application process. Here, interested applicants are invited to complete the fellowship application form and upon success at this stage, they would move to the next stage, the final evaluation phase.
Successful applicants at the online application stage are invited to the Final Evaluation phase, where they will participate in 3 activities: writing an aptitude test.
The other two activities applicants are engaged in during the Final Evaluation are a group discussion and one-on-one interview with the recruitment team
