"Well, we can use a questioning technique that I like to use. Basically, you show them a picture or situation and ask, "What upsets you about this picture/situation?" Mr. Chang paused.
"In this case, we can show them pictures from the playground and ask what's wrong with the pictures and how they feel about it," he continued.
Ana and Mei Ling then went around the school showing pictures to their friends and teachers to get their opinions and support.

That afternoon, Ana and Mei Ling excitedly rushed to Mr. Chang's office.
"Mr. Chang! Mr. Chang! We managed to gather 12 friends and 5 teachers to help us fix the playground!" Ana shouted excitedly.
"But we are not sure how they can help us."
"Okay, let's have a meeting with all of them in one hour," Mr. Chang suggested.
Later that day, during the meeting.
"Alright everyone. Now, we are going to play Words Association to give us some ideas on how to fix the playground. When I say 'beautiful and functioning playground', what ideas come to your mind?"
