As a team, following were the challenges we faced:
We had to redesign and reorient the structure multiple times due to the pandemic.
Teachers were not able to put their learnings into practice due to lack of time, accountability from HM and the pandemic.
Delegation of tasks took place way later after feeling the pressure and getting burnt out.
