Mission of the project
Project Vidyaniketan is a Whole School Transformation (WST) project that focuses on helping the HMs, Leaders of the school to align their vision and set structures towards teacher-centric management and student-centric learning.
It aims to achieve this by capacity building of school leaders and teachers and assisting them in building sustainable and efficient school structures. It will work to improve four broad aspects listed as, Physical Infrastructure, Blended School Structures, Teacher Training Plan and Setting up and coaching Student Council.
Direct Recipients : 50 children 13 Teachers
Indirect Recipients: 250 children 1 community

To capacitate the human resources, 30 hours of CPD (Continuous Professional Development as in NEP) for School Leaders and Teachers.

To help the school create sustainable blended school structures fit for both setups - physical and virtual.

To incorporate a second line of leadership through a co-created student council and impart training to the board members.
