Jess Schauble is one of our Managing Directors supporting Alumni in both the Charlotte and Piedmont Triad areas! She started her career in Higher Education completing her Master of Arts in Student Affairs Administration and Higher Education from Ball State University. Once completing her masters, she spent the first 6 years of her professional career working for men’s fraternities developing curriculum for educational programs and workshops, planning educational events, and handling risk prevention educational efforts. Jess just completed her first year on staff with TFA NC in August where she works to support Alumni by creating professional and personal development opportunities, creating opportunities for Alumni to network, sharing opportunities for Alumni to support their communities, and meeting with Alumni one on one to connect them to the resources TFA provides. Jess was born and raised in the Foothills of North Carolina and currently lives in Charlotte. She has a love for college basketball so if you ever need help with your March Madness brackets, you know who to call!
