Here, you will find linked the Triad document that is completed by the site administrator at the Fall Triad and the Spring Triad Meetings
The purpose of the triad meeting is for the Induction candidate and their mentor to discuss the candidate's professional growth goal and Individual Learning Plan (ILP). This goal is developed through the candidate's reflection on their self-rankings on the CSTPs. This meeting allows the administrator to provide input, to become familiar with what goal the candidate is working on, and to allow the administrator to support the candidate with needed supports or possible release time from class to observe others in support of meeting their goal. The ultimate decision about the growth goal falls with the candidate. The administrator is there to provide input only. The triad is only to serve to provide needed support for the candidate's induction program and per the CTC is in no way to be used for evaluative purposes.
Once the document is complete, the candidate uploads the document in their Induction Canvas assignment. Candidates are aware of the due dates for the Triad assignment and are encouraged to schedule meetings early to ensure timely submission of the assignment.
