Welcome back to a new school year! I am looking forward to meeting you and starting an exciting year together. My name is Mr. Rashid, and this is my tenth year teaching and second year in Palmyra Area School District.
This year we will investigate rocks and minerals, electricity, energy, and our great state of Pennsylvania. We will also write a variety of stories and read lots of wonderful books. We will be integrating technology into many of our lessons using our own iPads and Kindles during many of our classes.
I look forward to meeting you at our informal Open House on Thursday, August 22, at 1:30. Feel free to bring in your class supplies at that time as well as any paperwork. Stop by to check out your new room and be sure to introduce yourself to me!
