Assignments will vary throughout the week. Students will be graded on such things as participation, daily work, quizzes, journaling, and tests. Assignments will be a combination of McGraw Hill online, work on Google Classroom, small projects, tests, quizzes, and journal checks.
There will usually be 2 graded assignments per week.
Any assignment that is not turned in on time will have 10 points per day deducted. Students have 5 days from the date the assignment is graded to turn in a late assignment or to correct a failing assignment.
Students must contact me if they would like to correct a failing assignment (within the 5 day period). The highest grade for a corrected assignment is 70%.
I allow all students, regardless of the grade, to correct tests. Students will receive partial credit for each item that is successfully corrected. The tests corrections have to be done within 5 days from the date the grade is placed in the grade-book.
