As the Senior Army Instructor (SAI) of the Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (JROTC) at G.B. Trimble Tech High School, I proudly serve as a mentor, educator, and coach to the next generation of leaders. Since joining the Bulldog team in 2015, I lead instruction for both freshmen and seniors, guiding them through the foundational principles of leadership, discipline, and service. With 26 years of active duty service in the U.S. Army—spanning diverse leadership roles across the globe—I bring a wealth of experience to the classroom and beyond.
I also coach several competitive teams including Robotics, Drones, Raiders, Male Color Guard, and Armed Drill Team, fostering teamwork and excellence. My mission is to empower seniors to define their post-high school goals and build the confidence, communication, and collaboration skills they need to succeed.
I received my BA in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and an MA in Leadership & Management from Webster University.
I serve as an Army Instructor (AI) in the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) program at G.B. Trimble Technical High School, where I have been a proud member of the Bulldog Battalion since 2025. As the Primary Instructor for the Sophomore and Junior cadets and the coach for the Female Color Guard Team, the Unarmed Drill Team, and the JROTC Leadership & Academic Bowl (JLAB) Team, my focus is on guiding and mentoring cadets to reach their full potential.
With over 20 years of honorable service in the United States Army, including a variety of assignments both in the U.S. and abroad, that experience now serves as the foundation for shaping future leaders. Through the JROTC program, my mission is to cultivate cadets’ critical thinking, strengthen their leadership potential, and prepare them to become responsible, engaged citizens.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Crime Scene Investigation from Liberty University.
