Synchronous option - One could easily do this assignment as a live lecture that then leads to the Google Form. The teacher would give the background information, remind students how to respond to the clip in a detailed and specific way, and talk through the notes, then releasing them to complete the Google Form on their own time.

Title: Stage Types
Lesson Objective:
Students will compare and contrast the different common types of stages.
