Course Overview

The English I course supports and strengthens students’ foundational reading and writing skills. We will explore texts amongst a variety of themes that will also enhance social emotional learning. I have designed the course to be an engaging and thought-provoking experience to help you not only become a better reader or writer, but a better listener, speaker, critical thinker, and member of society.
