Welcome Back
I'm so happy to be back for my 10th year at Luella Merrett as your librarian! Prior to my time at Merrett, I taught 1st, 2nd, and 5th grade in the Fort Worth ISD.
I received a Bachelor of Science in Education from The University of Texas in Austin. I also have a Masters in Reading from Texas Wesleyan and a Masters in Library Science from University of North Texas.
It's so great to help students find books they love and guide them as they grow as readers throughout their time at Luella Merrett.
When I'm not reading, I love traveling, watching and attending football games and spending time with my daughter and dog!
