Alejandro Story - Head Band Director, Rosemont Middle School
Mr. Story received his Bachelor of Music at Austin College in Sherman, Tx in 2004. He studied under Rick Duhaime, Saxophone Professor. He received his Masters in Teaching in 2005. Mr. Story is currently in his 13th year of teaching, and in his 2nd year at Rosemont Middle School. Previously he has been Head Band Director in Wellington ISD, Assistant Band Director in Crowley ISD under Rudy Salazar, Tish Ledesma, Ken Danforth and Kenneth Iyescas, and Head Band Director of Daggett Middle School and Young Men's Leadership Academy in Fort Worth ISD. In addition to his band directing responsibilities he is highly involved in finding leadership opportunities and college access for Latino Males in Fort Worth. He has a wife of 9 years and 2 daughters, Isabella (8) and Juliana (6).

Jaime Trevino - Asst. Band Director, Rosemont Middle School
Originally from Brownsville, TX, Mr. Treviño has been involved with music for most of his life, beginning horn at age 11. Mr. Treviño earned his Bachelor of Music Education with band concentration from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX. While attending UNT, he performed in UNT's Symphony and Concert Orchestra, along with their Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble. At UNT, Mr. Trevino had the opportunity to record two CDs with the symphonic band, featuring music by Julie Giroux and Frank Ticheli.
Garrett Adams - Percussion Instructor, Rosemont Middle School
Mr. Adams is currently the Director of Percussion for the South Hills High School Cluster. His responsibilities include assisting with the Scorpion Marching Band, Scorpion Drumline and Front Ensemble, The SHHS Percussion Ensembles, and assisting with the Symphonic Band and Wind Symphony. Mr. Adams is in his 3rd year teaching at South Hills HS and Rosemont MS. Mr. Adams is a graduate from L. D. Bell High School, a three-time Grand National marching band finalist and National Champion in 2007. After high school, he attended Texas Christian University and graduated with a Bachelor's of Music Education Degree in 2015. While at TCU, he was a member of the Indoor championship TCU Drumline, and two-time PASIC "Call for Tapes" Award winning TCU Percussion Orchestra. His primary teachers include Dr. Brian West, Jeff Hodge, Joey Carter, Brian Youngblood, Bobby Francis, and Dr. Richard Gipson.
Laura Kidder, Head Band Director, Rosemont 6th Grade
Ms. Kidder is starting her second year as head director of Rosemont 6th Grade. She was born and raised in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin and came to Texas to study Music Education and Clarinet Performance at the University of North Texas. During her time at UNT, Ms. Kidder performed in several ensembles including the Symphonic Band under the director of Dennis Fisher, the Green Brigade marching band, jazz lab band, and several chamber music groups. Ms. Kidder has performed across the country as well as internationally, in Colorado, New York City, and Vicenza Italy.When Ms. Kidder isn't at school, she enjoys doing yoga, going swimming, and collecting house plants.
