MANDATORY TRYOUT PARENT MEETING
All new and former cheer candidates must have a parent/guardian in attendnace at the parent meeting. If there are extenuating circumstances, please email me at Alejandra.Saenz2@fwisd.org so we can make alternate arrangements.
Date: Wednesday, February 19th
Time: 6:00 pm
Location: The Gus - Blue Room (upstairs)
Cheerleaders are encouraged to attend. However, they can not attend in place of a parent/guardian.

1. Current Physical on the correct UIL form. (see tab at the top for the correct physical form)
2. Rankone forms completed online. (see tab at the top for instructions to login to rankone)
Paperwork Deadline: Monday, Febrauary 24th
Please Note:
Current athletes Paschal and other FWISD schools may already have these forms completed for the school year. Please email me if you are not sure if yours are complete. These have to be turned in order to attend the cheer clinics.
If you are a student outside of the district, please email me and I will send you the paper version of the rankone forms. Alejandra.Saenz2@fwisd.org. More details to come at the parent meeting!
MATERIAL RELEASE
MATERIAL RELEASE
We will post the tryout cheer, band chant and dance on this site on Wednesday, February 26th. We do this in order for our candidates to get a feel for the material before coming to clinic. At the clinics we will review the material that was posted online. More details to come at the parent meeting!
CLINIC DATES/TIMES
CLINIC DATES/TIMES
March 4th-6th: 5:00 - 6:30 PM - Material Review of all material posted online. We will also teach what to do on tryout day.
March 7th: 5:00 - 7:00 PM - Tryout numbers and groups will be given out on this day. Candidates try out in groups of 3. You will get to know your group and have some time to practice them at this time.
Any athletic shorts, tshirts and athetic shoes. No Jewelry. Hair up.

TRYOUT DAY
Date: Saturday, March 8th
Time: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Location: The Gus Gym
Attire: All white cotton t-shirt, black shorts, athletic shoes, hair in pony tail, ribbon & tryout # will be given on tryout day
