Victor Alfaro earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Texas at Brownsville and a Masters in Educational Administration from the University of North Texas in Denton. Mr. Alfaro served in various roles throughout the Fort Worth Independent School District from teacher to data analyst to his current role as a principal.
Mr. Alfaro served as the Assistant Principal for 3 years at Wedgwood Middle School, the Principal for 3 years at Worth Heights Elementary and then transition to the role of Principal at Riverside Middle School where he spent the last four years. He is now excited to continue seeing his students reach their goals and graduate as the new Principal at Amon Carter-Riverside High School. He believes that ALL children can succeed.
Stephen Jones has been working in the field of education since 1990. He spent his first 16 years in the Chicago Public Schools. He has spent the last 14 years working at Carter-Riverside High School as a teacher, coach and assistant principal. He has taught Social Studies, including World Geography, World History, U.S. History, Government, Economics, Sociology and Psychology. Mr. Jones has coached boys and girls soccer, volleyball, softball and baseball. He has also sponsored the student council at Carter-Riverside.
Mr. Jones attended North Park University in Chicago where he earned his B.A. in Sociology. He also attended Loyola University in Chicago where he earned his M.E. in School Administration.
Mr. Jones is currently the administrator over Science and Physical Education. He also serves as the LPAC chairperson for Carter-Riverside. He is the assistant principal for the class of 2021 and some of the class of 2022.
Marron McWilliams has been in education for twenty-four years, working in FWISD. The experience of working in an inner-city school district has reinforced his core values of hard work, honesty, character, equality and life-long learning.
Mr. McWilliams believes in the power of our youth they can accomplish anything when they put their mind to it. He wants to be the administrator that can lead minds into the future with positive fulfilling relationships and education.
He is honored and humbled to serve at Carter Riverside and looks forward to working with and meeting all members of the Carter-Riverside community.
Irma Natoli is a product of Fort Worth ISD, beginning her 28th year of service. As we embark on a new school year, Mrs. Natoli wants the Carter community to know that our staff is committed to ensuring our students receive every opportunity to be engaged in learning in every class, every day. She asks parents for their assistance by making sure their students are present and willing to engage in every one of their classes. Mrs. Natoli looks forward to working with the entire Carter community: students, parents, and staff.
