T-TESS Orientation is required for newly hired teachers (even if you were previously employed as a teacher in FWISD, see Board Policy DNA). All new teachers must complete orientation to the T-TESS no later than the final day of the first three weeks of school and at least two weeks before the first observation (when hired at the beginning of a school year) or within 3 weeks of their employment date (if hired late).
