The Fort Worth Independent District (ISD) is excited to welcome all new teachers. Fort Worth ISD is committed to supporting all educators, whether you are new to the district or new to the teaching profession. Newly hired teachers are required to attend the New Teacher Academy and will be compensated each day at their daily rate.
