CREATING TICKET
Steps 1: Click New Ticket
Step 2: Select Software/Online Systems
Step 3: Select Empower IEP
Step 4: Describe issue in detail
Step 5: In Issue Specific Question section select No if you already have access to the live site. Only select Yes if you do not have access to the live site.
Steps 6-11: Complete as outlined.
Note: A separate ticket is required for each student record impacted.
