Self Regulation means to calm ourselves by ourselves. What is one thing you can do today to practice taking care of yourself? Life can be hectic and our emotions can change from one minute to the next.
The first step is to knowing how your engine is running.
Is your engine running RED? This means you could be feeling angry, overwhelmed, stressed, hyper, etc.
Is your engine running BLUE? This means you could be feeling hungry, tired, lonely, sleepy,etc.
Is your engine running GREEN? This means you are good to go and ready to learn!
Know where your engine is at?
