Our bodies are flooded with thoughts, emotions, and feelings everyday. When we wake up in the morning, our thoughts usually focus on what we will do that day, what we will wear, what we should eat. Unfortunately not all of our thoughts are positive and sometimes we have the same thought multiple times.
