BELIEFS

The vision and mission of the Office of Instructional Initiatives is to employ Instructional Coaches to utilize conversations and tools that promote TEKS alignment, to encourage and enhance student-centered learning by working side-by-side as think-partners, equipping teachers with Tier 1 designed lesson plans while simultaneously assisting with lesson delivery. The Office of Instructional Initiatives will build capacity in highly qualified educators by empowering them to autonomously design standards aligned, engaging, interactive, differentiated, content-rich lessons with possible cross-curricular that will create an Optimal Learning Environment (OLE) for all students regardless of learning styles, processing challenges, or socio-economic background.
