Strong Foundations Planning Grant provides support to LEAs to develop a strong instructional framework in math or literacy, provides optional adoption supports in selecting new HQIM if LEAs choose to make a materials switch; and trainings to support creating systems to effectively manage instruction at the
district level.
Product Academies certification opens on August 28th and details will be shared in the SFP Approved Provider Monthly Meeting on Friday, August 18th at 9:00 a.m.

To receive access to Amplify Materials Approved Providers have two pathways:
If you reside in Texas you can submit the self-enrollment form for access.
If you do not reside in Texas then you can access the materials on the TEA Instructional Materials website
Approved Providers should sign-up using the parent or caregiver link
LASO Cycle II Update
Based on lessons learned from TCLAS and LASO 1.0, TEA is attempting to continue offering streamlined, consolidated grant applications, focused on a few grant programs that are bundled and that help accelerate academic gains. LASO application will open on October 23, 2023 and close on December 7, 2023. LEAs will have opportunity to apply for 10 grant programs via one single program application. More information can be found on the LASO Cycle II website.
The grant opportunities are going to be in service of: Instructional Materials, More Time, and Innovative School Models.
One major difference to note with Strong Foundations Implementation for 24-25 is that districts will be awarded direct grant funding and will be able to choose a provider for their implementation support. Education Service Centers and Approved Providers interested in supporting districts with implementation of high-quality instructional materials will need to be certified in the redelivery of Product Academies and Implementation Supports.
