Not only that, but we also want York Mills to feel and experience the hospitality and warmth Filipinos are known for, as well as our culture; we want York Mills to enjoy the art, music, and food from back home, and hopefully do so every year. Lastly, one of the things we’ve noticed in York Mills concerning our Filipino students is that most of them don’t know how to speak our main language, we as a club, want to provide a way for our fellow students to learn and practice our language.
