The Social Justice and Law SHSM allows students to explore the world of equity, law, human resources and political studies. Many graduates continue their interest in the social sciences at the post secondary level, pursuing degrees in criminology, justice, and forensics. Students will have many opportunities to take on leadership roles and work in teams to produce industry level projects, practicing the critical thinking skills needed for careers in this sector.

Students will also gain real world experience learning about the intricacies of law, and how it relates to public sectors. Interested students can also pursue opportunities to learn about politics, community safety administration, and the armed ​forces.
