About Us

Who are we?

Psychology professionals have specialized training in child development, learning, and mental health and well-being. In Ontario, Psychologists generally hold a doctorate degree and Psychological Associates hold a Master's degree. Psychoeducational Consultants are staff who have the necessary academic qualifications but practice under supervision until they can be registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. The job duties are the same for all.

What do we do?

Working with families and school teams, Psychology staff support students by conducting comprehensive assessments, providing individual and group counseling, consulting with schools, classrooms and families, as well as, collaborating with community agencies to coordinate and link supports. They are also Regulated Health Professionals who can diagnose a variety of conditions.
