Official Languages Program: Explore
The Explore program is a five-week French-language bursary program sponsored by the federal government. Students admitted to the program receive a bursary to live and study in a Francophone setting in Canada for five weeks during the summer. The bursary covers tuition, instructional materials, meals and accommodations, workshops, and other mandatory materials. See website for details.

YMCA Summer Work Student Exchange Program
The YMCA offers a six-week Summer Work Student Exchange Program where students live and work in Quebec. Students are hosted by a Quebecois family, are provided with a paid work placement, and participate in cultural activities with other program participants. Students must by 16 or 17 years of age to apply. See website for details.

ISE Ontario is a not-for-profit organisation that offers students the opportunity to participate in reciprocal exchange programs in various European countries. They offer programs during the school year as well as during the summer.
