Parent Involvement Resources
**NEW** Vulnerable Sector Check (Police Check for volunteering) - if you want to go on your child(ren)'s field trips or volunteer for anything in the school. Please select the new FREE "Level 2 Criminal Record check and Judicial Matters Check" when submitting your form. Save THIS LETTER to use as part of the documents needed for this check. This process takes a long time so please consider doing it sooner rather than later.
Yearly Declaration Form (for volunteering) - Anyone that has had a police check done 2021 and before will require a new Police Check (above). For those parents who have done their Vulnerable Sector Check after 2021, you only need to physically submit your Yearly Declaration Form to the Norseman main office.
Norseman Event Proposal - You have an idea for an event you want to run, fill out the form so we can help you make it happen!
Digital Reimbursement Form - for reimbursement of money spent for your event. Please fill out the digital form and include an image of your receipt at the bottom of the form.
