Parent Involvement Resources
Vulnerable Sector Check (Police Check for volunteering) - if you want to go on your child(ren)'s field trips or volunteer for anything in the school. This proces takes a long time so please consider doing it sooner rather than later.
Yearly Declaration Form (for volunteering) - for those who already have a police check completed for Norseman, every year you need to submit this declaration to the main office. **NEW**
Norseman Event Proposal - You have an idea for an event you want to run, fill out the form so we can help you make it happen!
Digital Reimbursement Form - for reimbursement of money spent for your event. Please fill out the digital form and include an image of your receipt at the bottom of the form.
Printable Reimbursement Form - print this form, fill it out, attach the original receipt and leave it in the SAC mailbox in the main office.
