Community Service Information

OSSD Requirements include 40 hours of community involvement activities.

Check out the list of TDSB Approved Activities.

Please check with your guidance counsellor for pre-approval of all activities to be sure your hours are eligible.

Use this form to record your hours. The form must be signed by a parent/guardian.

Completed forms can be submitted in the tray on the front desk of the guidance office.

Use this form to opt out of the eLearning requirement. Students can still take eLearning courses after opting out.
