School Procedures

Entry Time and Location:
Supervision in the kindergarten areas begin at 8:35 a.m.  and the morning bell rings at 8:45 a.m.  Please arrive to school on time.   If you are late, please proceed to the main office for a late slip.  

Dismissal Time:
Our school day ends at 3:20 p.m.  You will pick  your child up at the same location that they were dropped off at in the morning.  In order to ensure a safe dismissal, the children will line up and be dismissed one at a time to a parent or caregiver. 

Please notify us and/or the school  office of any changes in your child’s home routine.

SCHOOL BELL TIMES: 2023-2024

Entry 8:45 AM

Lunch 11:35 AM - 12:30 PM

Dismissal 3:20 PM

SNACKS, LUNCH AND FOOD ALLERGIES:

Each day, we offer a healthy and nutritious snack to all of the students.  Our snack programs might include: yogurt, milk, cheese, fruits, vegetables, cereal, muffins, cookies, crackers, etc. Due to severe allergies within our school, please read food labels carefully when preparing snacks and lunches.  DO NOT send in any foods  that contain nuts including Nutella! 

Please provide your child with a labelled, reusable water bottle that they can open, close and refill independently.

Lunch is from 11:35 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  If you are picking up your child for lunch, please let the educators know.
