All students will receive a phone call by the week before school start to identify their assigned teacher. Your child's teacher will also identify which door will be used for drop off/pick up each day.

9:10am to 3:05pm - Junior/Senior Kindergarten, Grades 7 & 8

9:00am to 3:15pm - Grades 1 to 6

JK/SKs are dropped off/picked up at their assigned door on either side of the enclosed kindergarten playscape, on the east side of the building (Doors 6A and 6B). Please confirm pick up procedures with your child’s teacher.

Grades 1-8 are dropped off/picked up at an assigned door on the north or west side of the building (Doors 2-5)

Every child should bring their lunch to school each day. Snacks are provided by the school.

Your child’s teacher will outline any special requirements for your child within the first week of school. For the younger elementary students it is recommended that they have a change of clothing to keep in the classroom. We also suggest that you apply sunscreen to your child during the warmer months as teachers do not apply sunscreen. Please ensure that all items belonging to your child (clothing, backpack, etc) are clearly labelled with first and last name in the event that an item is misplaced.

Please ensure your child is always dressed in weather-appropriate clothing. They will have outdoor time in all kinds of weather. The school does have a limited outdoor clothing closet for outer wear and cold weather, so please speak to your teacher or the school admin if you need to access it.

When the weather requires your child to wear weather-specific footwear (such as rain boots or snow boots), the school asks that you also provide a pair of shoes to wear while indoors. Wet footwear is taken off before entering the classroom.
